Vysaro Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Vysaro (vysaro.ai and app.vysaro.ai), operated by Vysaro ("Vysaro"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms and to the Vysaro Privacy Policy and Disclosures, which are part of this agreement.

2. What Vysaro is and is not

Vysaro is a private financial intelligence platform. It holds your complete financial picture as you connect and provide it, analyzes that picture and answers your questions through your Vysaro CFO.

Vysaro is not a registered investment adviser, broker dealer, bank, tax preparer, law firm or fiduciary. Vysaro provides financial intelligence and coordination, not licensed advice. Vysaro is read only: it never executes transactions, moves funds or takes custody of any asset. All decisions remain yours and your professional advisers'.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify support@vysaro.ai immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions, trials and billing

Vysaro is offered in membership tiers billed monthly through Stripe at the prices presented at signup. Trial and promotional terms, including beta trial terms and founding member preferred pricing, are as presented at the time you accept them; founding member pricing is limited in number, attaches to your membership number and is governed by the specific terms shown when claimed. You may cancel at any time from Settings; cancellation stops future billing and access continues through the period already paid. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.

5. Your content and license

You retain all rights to the information and documents you provide. You grant Vysaro a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Vysaro's default is to discard uploaded originals after extraction; documents are retained only when you save them to your Vault.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Vysaro to violate law, to infringe others' rights, to probe or disrupt the platform's security, to access another person's data or to reverse engineer the service. You agree to connect only accounts you are authorized to connect and to upload only documents you have the right to provide.

7. AI generated content

Your CFO's output is generated by artificial intelligence working from the information available to it. It may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Vysaro does not warrant the accuracy of any analysis, figure or statement produced by the service. You agree to verify material information before acting on it. The Disclosures page describes these limitations further and is incorporated here.

8. Third party data

Financial data reaches Vysaro through your institutions and Plaid and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate at the source. Vysaro is not responsible for errors originating with financial institutions or data providers.

9. Intellectual property

The service, including its software, design, marks and content other than yours, belongs to Vysaro and its licensors. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the service under these Terms.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Vysaro may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms; the same deletion process applies.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vysaro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vysaro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to the service. Vysaro will not be liable for lost profits, lost data or investment losses arising from or related to the service. Vysaro's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to Vysaro in the twelve months before the claim arose.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Vysaro against claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the service.

14. Changes

Vysaro may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
