No custody, no transactions

Vysaro is read only. It never holds, transfers or invests your money, never executes transactions and never takes custody of any asset or document of title. Vysaro is not a bank. No balance shown in Vysaro is a deposit with Vysaro. Nothing in Vysaro is insured by the FDIC or protected by SIPC.

AI generated analysis

Your CFO's answers, briefs and memos are generated by artificial intelligence working from the information you have connected or provided. AI systems can misread documents, miss context and state incorrect figures with confidence. Analysis is only as complete as the picture you have shared: accounts you have not connected and documents you have not provided are invisible to your CFO. Verify material numbers against source documents and statements before relying on them.

Data accuracy and timing

Account and transaction data reaches Vysaro through your financial institutions and Plaid. That data can be delayed, incomplete or corrected after the fact by the institution. Values shown in Vysaro may differ from your institution's records. Your institution's records govern.

Performance and projections

Any projection, scenario or calculator output in Vysaro is hypothetical and based on assumptions that may prove wrong. It is not a prediction or guarantee of any outcome. Past performance of any asset or strategy does not indicate future results.
